POSTED: Tuesday, June 15, 2010"It's one thing if I didn't maintain communications with them, yet I do."
They don't want to talk to you, they want you to make your payment on time. That's what you agreed to do when you got the loan.
"I am trying to make the payment but due to my daily limit with my bank its being rejected. WTF! They immediately address its not their problem and that they will disable the car."
It's not their problem. If you have a problem with your bank, it's up to you to figure out how to make your payment on time. Everybody that doesn't pay has some excuse. Yours are no better than anyone else's.
"Yet, they try to make it seem like I don't have it. I tell them I do and if they would like they can contact my bank for verification."
You're missing the point. They don't care if you have it in your bank. They do care that they don't have it in their hands. If your credit was so bad that they had to put this device on your car in order to make you a loan on it, you should already be familiar with this process. You were given another chance and you're blowing it.
" The entire staff is rude, short and can't talk professional."
Can't talk professional? Seriously?

POSTED: Tuesday, June 15, 2010You say your bank has a $500 daily limit. That is an ATM limit.
Have you walked into an actually bank branch? At the branch you can even get a money order (I don't know about money grams) and overnight the check with a tracking number from the post office, UPS or FedEx.

What do you mean you have a daily limit with your bank?

POSTED: Tuesday, June 15, 2010I agree with you that if you are making the payments on time there is no reason for this company to be rude to you.
But I don't understand how the daily limit on your account prevents making a payment? Doesn't that daily limit only apply to debit card charges or an ATM withdrawal? How are you making the payment?
If you are wiring the funds to the finance co from your account, the daily limit does not apply. If you send a check or ACH payment (that I know of), the limit does not apply. If you pull the funds out of the ATM, you may need to take the appropriate amount over the course of two or more days in advance of the due date.
OR you might contact your bank branch manager and see if you can get a special exception for this payment since you know the due dates and the amounts.
