BT Properties.  I lived here for the past 7 years in 260 Mariposa Ave. and I dont even call them as much as possible,  I just give up because, the service seems so slow and it seems that the property management does not seem to care about there tenants. I called them way back in November before the thanksgiving, then CHristmas came, the superbowl and now Valentines.  Spoke to 2 diff people and they promised to came by and they will looked into it.  In fact, I waited for them but they dont even have the courtesy to call back and say, they cant make it.  The reason why i have all the patience here because the location is only a mile away to where I worked.  But, everytime you have complains, it took forever for the property management to reply back.  The service is so poor. The receptionist who receives call is not courteous enough to handle your complains and rude.  People promise to call you back but they dont.   I hope the owners of this apartment could evaluate what kind of property management they hired to look into there properties.  Customer service is really "POOR",  "Zero".
