Scott Stokely and his "partners" deliberately ripped me off $2500.00. If you want to pay up the a** for a crappy website and a handful of empty promises then this is the place to go. I purchased the 2500.00 package back in March of 2012 convinced by the bs they feed you on their website. I thought "wow, this is almost too good to be true" so I did my research emailing and speaking on the phone with Scott Stokley and his "developers", contacting the owners of the "business" he supposedly built through their websites and searching scam reports online. When everything came up pretty much clean (this was before the OTHER ripoff report that has immense similarities to my own story) I called Scott and gave him my credit card information and paid for the highest package with a confirmation email from indoor secrets directly following stating my website will be up and running in 7-10 days.
Well fast forward a week I end up emailing him asking for a refund which I did not think would be a problem since he had already stated he had not begun working on my website yet. I waited a few days and when I didn't get a reply from him I panicked and had my bank issue me a chargeback. Once the chargeback was issued I almost immediately get an email from Scott Stokley practically begging me to reverse the chargeback and to allow him to issue the refund himself, which I ignored since the chargeback funds had already been issued to me. Fast forward 2-3 months and life had changed a bit for me so I was able to purchase a package through indoor secrets yet again. I contacted Scott and explained that I really wanted to try this out and now that I was in a place to do so I would love to get the ball rolling. Here's where I went wrong...Scott suggested reversing the chargeback from months earlier INSTEAD of me paying him again and I was stupid enough to roll with it instead of asking myself why he would want me to do this...long story short(end)...because you cannot reverse a reversed chargeback. Therefore he was able to take this money, do whatever the hell he felt like and I would never be able to get the money back.
Since then it took him 6 MONTHS to build a website that looks like it was slapped together by a 10 year old (he promised me 7-10 days but closer to 3 days) If you don't believe me then go to www.moneyhoneysmodeling.com (It's the one that looks like straight s**t in case you were wondering). And that's not even the worst part...they had gotten the forwarding email wrong so that all the model sign ups were going into some unknown email account and I LOST about 7 models that way, he made me pay for and obtain the domain name myself promising to pay me back but of course never doing so, I never got any leads, no logo design (had to do that myself too), no ad templates, no 24 hour assistance, no training, NO NOTHING! In fact his phone was disconnected for most of that 6 month period. And when I ask for a partial refund to downgrade to the lowest package (since i was getting LESS than the lowest package had to offer) I get no reply e-mail...OF COURSE! I even emailed his developer and his supposed "associate" Megan and no response from anyone...EVER.
So when I began to except the fact I was getting no sort of refund from this company I thought "well than I might as well get the website looking good so I can get at least a small portion of what I paid for and not lose every penny of the money I spent..." And of I went to email the indoor secrets developer as well as Scott Stokely. Low and behold...I get no reply from either of them...EVER and it has now been about 3 moths since I've heard from this company at all. The moral of the story is...if it seems too good to be true...IT IS! In fact what Scott does is a ripoff in itself. Since you aren't going to get any training, as templates, 24 hour assistance or any of the other crap this company claims to offer, then save your money and hire someone to build you a site for a couple hundred dollars (or don't because you DONT need a website to do this) do the free, online sign ups with these companies (myfeecams.com pays you 3.00 per minute for every model you sign up and I believe they are the highest paying site) and all you have to do is go to their website and click the studio sign up link at the top and fill out your info and BAM! You're ready to hire models and make money. You do not need a website and most importantly you do not need to empty your pockets for the "help" of indoor secrets. All this company does is tell you to do what I just told you and then slap together some unprofessional joke of a website.
