I wanted to say that I have worked with and for Frank.  He always made ALL his customers happy and loves working with people.  He does a great job with customer service and knows his business.  The person posting this posts nonsense stuff about companies or people that makes him mad or stands up to him.  Now HE'S the one that has very little customer service skills, he cheats his customers when at all possible.  He works his employees way to hard and when he sees a option to screw them he will every time!!!!  He (indy party rentals, jnl party services, jnl dj services, cheapindianadj's owner) posted this because Mr. Emery stood up to him and refused to work for Jeff anymore.  So PLEASE don't take his post to heart, knowing him he never ordered anything from indy affordable security.  So before hiring Jeff for dj'ing or doing any party rental items go ANYWHERE else.  Get ahold of any other company and you may pay a little more but "you get what you pay for".

Hello, my name is Frank, and I am the CEO of Indy Affordable Security, a company in good standing for over 2 years now.  The person(s) above who has listed this ripoff report is named Jeff Wildauer and Lisa Miles.  This is a revenge act because of a report I listed about their company previously.  Let me explain I have owned and operate Indy Affordable Security for over 2 years now I started the company after having troubles with a security company I used to work for who will at this time remain unamed.  I have installed camera systems for Gregory Attourney at Law located in Shelbyville Indiana, Karma Music, Shelbyville, PCI Manufacturer Shelbyville IN, Gas America in Greenwood, Plainfield, Martinsville and Soputhside Indy, The Moose Legend in Beach Grove, The Eagles in Fort Wayne just to name a few not to mention over 75 home security systems to local residents of indianapolis.   Sometimes things get slow so I run a DJ service on the side to help supliment my income, Jeff offered to send me some DJ work and that is where things got a little crazy. First of all Jeff let me start buy saying if you ordered a camera from my site you would have a email stament for this purchase, why don't you list that email statement on this page so we can all see it, don't have one? that's cause you never ordered any cameras from my business, so how could I have over charged you, Second I do keep stock at two locations 380 South Madison Ave Suite E and my second location which acts more as a storage and processing center, this stock that is kept is for installations as I am a security company not a local store, third I use drop shipping as does any other business who operates an online virtual store front, so no I would not have every item in stock until it is ordered but my customers still get their items in a timely manner.

However, if you can produce a statement proving that you have bought cameras from me and produce a price list from a company locally that offers the same model camera you ,so called ordered from me, I would be more then happy to refund you the difference, minus any shipping fees.   The fact is Jeff While you may know a little about my business you have never done business with me, do not know any of my customers, and have showed yourself to be just the kind of person I stated in the report I posted on here about your company previously.

Furthermore to the administrators of this website, I would appreciate it if this report was removed as it has no proof that he was ever even a customer with me, and unless he can provide such proof I believe it to be considered a false accusation.
