IndyMac Mortgage Services - OneWest Bank A.K.A.: One West Bank (Pasadena, CA) Modification Nightmare (Have Proof of Everything I'm Saying)!!! This Has Gone On For 12+ Months!!!! Pasadena, California

My husband has been out of work since January 2009.  Since then, I have been on the phone with IndyMac trying to get my mortgage modified. In 2009, I applied for modifications at least 8 times.  Each time, IndyMac told me I didn't fax them everything they required, but when I found out, it was too late & I had to apply all over again (even though I have all the documents & fax confirmations). In October 2009, I contacted NACA (The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) to help me deal with IndyMac & help me stay in my home. Since I began working with NACA, I have faxed them everything & when IndyMac wants something else, I find out that day (through NACA) & I fax it directly to NACA who forwards it to IndyMac. NACA also negotiates with IndyMac. NACA does have proof that I have faxed everything, including an "award" letter from unemployment telling them exactly how much my husband will get each week and how long he will be eligible for unemployment.  I have faxed this letter, over and over again to NACA since February 2010 & I have faxed it directly to IndyMac since April.
Now, IndyMAc tells me that because they did not receive this "award" letter earlier (when they first asked for it), our mortgage cannot be modified because my husband does not have at least 9 months left of unemployment. BUT, he did have 11 months of unemployment when I first started faxing this letter (I have fax confirmations & a written comment from NACA to prove this)!!!
There have been many other problems with this bank, but I don't have enough room to write them all out!!
I have already gone to the Better Business Bureau of California, but IndyMac will NOT give a final response, so the BBB closed the case tonight.
This has been a nightmare & I am now telling everyone about this & am trying to go to the media as well!!!
