IndyMac Mortgage Services division of One West Bank One West Bank FSB Incompetency at it's Highest Level! Austin, Texas

We have filed all kinds of paper work try and stop this illegal foreclosure. But, on today how can you fight against a large Bank and its level of incompetency without the necessary money needed to do it. But, in an attempt just file complaint after complaint. Well on November 9, 2012 I received a Legal Express Envelope addressed to me from One West Bank. When I open up the envelope why is someone else paper work is in the envelope addressed to me and One West Bank is foreclosing on my property. Ms. Emma Ramiez I have all of your bank and loan information in my envelope.

You probably have mine. Does this invoke a breach of confidentiality? They have broken so many other laws, mortgage fraud, predatory lending, why not disclose some other person's confidential information to other people. Government, FBI, Office of Inspector General will you please close Indy Mac Mortgage Services, One West Bank FSB whatever they are calling themselves, please shut them down immediately. Halt and freeze any and all foreclosures they are involved in. The government would put into prison anyone else committing these types of fraud, deception, robbery. They are killing the american people. I am greatly suffering because of the excessive amount of stress my body is having. 

President Obama, Eric Holder, Attorney General, Office of Inspector General. Please help shut these deceptive banks and their fraud down today. Please hurry shut them down. Now I have all of my private personal information out there floating around in some strangers. To add to my misery, One West Bank is exposing me to identity theft.
