IndyMac Mortgage Services One West Bank Refuses to follow through on agreements and loses everything on a constant basis and holds checks and then lies and states they never received them Kalamazoo, Michigan

IndyMac Mortgage Services  or One West Bank as they seem to be called has since November 2009 failed to comply with completing a loan modification on my mortgage loan. In March of 2010 their offices agreed to modify but failed to comply with the paperwork in a timely manner. Then came back and stated that they never agreed to modify the loan. In November 2011 they again agreed to modify the loan and again failed to send the documents that were stated that they sent out for signatures. In May 2012 they again agreed to modify the loan and sent out the documents that we signed and returned with our timely payments and they didn't cash two of the payments in fact came back stating we never sent the payments to them. In November 2012 they again agreed to do the modification dating November 30, 2012 with payments to start in December 2012, we have sent the payments to IndyMac Mortgage services and have had one of the two payments that were due cashed the second payment they did sign for but are holding the check our third payment is still waiting to be signed for and cashed also.

This is the worst banking organization I have ever dealt with and rude constantly lying about documents that we have to pay extra to prove they got them. We make our timely payments yet they can't finish or follow through with a single agreement they make. The next step is to go to judge and make them follow through as they are refusing to comply with the agreements they make. Notice this is been ongoing for over 3 three years and they continue to report to credit bureau that I am not paying them when in fact we are paying them they are not following through with their agreements at all. This company should not be allowed to do business as they fraudulently make individuals lives miserable over their company in abilities to do the right thing for any account holder that has business with them.  What is worse is you have the documents to prove and they still treat you indecently!!!
