Apparently Stimulus money is being paid to the investors that purchased failing bank loans (like Indymac bought by Onewest Bank and Countrywide bought by Bank of America) when they foreclose on the homeowner. The investors are getting stimulus money on the difference between what they sold the house for at the foreclosure sale and the Original loan amount. Plus they purchased the loan at 70 cents on the dollar, so they are making more money off the house than the original loan amount foreclosed on. Your tax dollars are being spent for this. The only way to stop this is to get angry and pass this on. Surely you know someone who has been foreclosed on or in the process..... The stimulus money was to help the people, not get the rich richer! Tina

One of the men in that video, John Paulson, made $3.5 Billion in 2007 by short-selling subprime mortgages. He later made $5 Billion in 2010.
Short-selling means that he bet that the subprime mortgages would fail. He was correct. Maybe he typed in 271454 at this site and read what was posted in 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #271454 on September 3, 2007, correct?
It is also possible that he typed in 269041 at this website and read what was posted in 'Consumer Comment #3' at Ripoff Report #269041 on August 21, 2007, right?
But since he attended Harvard, maybe he already knew about what was going to happen, huh?

Enjoying my life every day
I'm not a lawyer or a doctor
Who earns a lot of pay

I'll write poems and compose a song

The bankers always make so much cash
