infinity DISH approached Rip-Off Report with the intent of wanting to resolve any customer issues and reports posted on Rip-off Report. In fact, Infinity DISH had already tried to contact the authors of the reports where they could figure out who they so they could resolve any issue their customer may have had.

Part of the Corporate Advocacy Program, the member business allows Ripoff Report to send an email to all of those who filed a complaint in the past, letting them know, Infinity Dish wanted to make things right with them.
