Infinity Incentive Group

12-16-11
Attended a Travel sale presentation program in Scottsdale. For coming we were given a certificate for free airfare travel and hotel accommodations. We were told it was for 3 days and 2 nights. Got home and starting reading about the requirements and the certificate said Air travel anywhere in the continental US and only 2 nights accommodations.  You were required to return the certificate within 21 days and have a self addressed 6X9 stamped envelope to get the registration info about the trip.

12-19-12
Sent fly away registration info along with two $50 money orders to Infinity Incentive Group for both travelers. Sent the info certified mail with return receipt.

12-23-11
Return receipt returned in USPS

12-29-11
Air Travel request form arrived. We determined the days and dates in which to travel, required by the form.

12-30-11
Sent to Infinity Incentive Group  with the Air Travel request form and copies of our drivers licenses and passport making sure that we did everything they set as requirements. Sent certified mail.

1-20-11
Email from Lori Mackey from the Infinity Incentive Group. Were told that our certificate only allowed for round trip airfare. Luckily I had made a copy of the reward certificate and it said accommodation for two nights for two adults. Which I pointed out in another email response to her on January 21, 2012.

1-24-12
Another email to her about not hearing from her.

1-24-12
Court date set for our Motor Vehicle accident from over 3 years ago set during the time for the trip in April. Ask if the dates could be changed.

1-25-12
Heard from her about how the programs works. She said that they could change to dates by a few days.

1-26-12
Sent the new dates to her via email

1-26-12
Heard back from her about the travel details in an email. Look for an email later today with your final costs, itinerary and instructions on how to confirm trip.

1-26-12

How this scam works.

AUTHOR: Music Ace - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, November 13, 2013

We responded to an invitation to join a travel group with the promotion incentive of FREE PLANE TICKETS. It's true, that no where in the brochure does Infinity claim that the tickets are free. But the original promotion did indeed say FREE. Neither company will take responsibility for the other's promotions or policies. This is how one scam goes to another in a confusing and untraceable manner. I cannot speculate on the legality of all this, but I will never go to another promotional travel presentation of any kind. I can only imagine how much money these people make off unsuspecting people.

Not a Perfect Reward

AUTHOR: Maggiesport - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 28, 2012

In response to the rebuttal from the agent I was working with. I will be requesting a refund of the $100 I paid upfront. The taxes and fees for this trip were outrageous compared to booking my own flights on the exact same carrier and flights. The hotels accommodations were not that much either. I would be cautious with any business that uses Perfect Rewards as gift
to get you in the door to listen to their spiel. It is not worth your time to try to make this work.  No Perfect Reward to be had.

I was told it will take 6-8 weeks to  get my $100 refund. At that time I will update this complaint.

Response Jan 27, 2012

AUTHOR: Janet Meadows - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 27, 2012

In response to the complaint, I would like to address your comments made about our company - Infinity Incentives Group: The Promotional Travel Certificate that you refer to in your complaint, is an incentive product that we market to companies that use them as an incentive to get you to participate in an informative presentation about their travel club or other type of business. When you receive our certificate, the terms and conditions are printed on the back. It clearly states that there are fees that you are responsible for (i.e. taxes, ticketing fee, peak season, weekend or holiday fees, if they apply). This is not a FREE trip and nowhere on our certificate does it state that it is a FREE trip. We also have a full Customer Service staff available by telephone or email to answer any questions you may have regarding the certificate.

The $100 deposit that is initially required is applied to the fees at the time that you travel. If, for any reason you do not travel, you may write in and cancel your certificate and request a full refund, which is processed and mailed to you within 6-8 weeks (standard time for processing of refunds). Any additional fees that may be due at time of booking would be based on any peak, weekend, or holiday travel that you are requesting. Which would still be a savings of 10 - 30% over what you would otherwise be able to book that same trip.

Your signature is required on the certificate when you mail it in to activate it. It states that you have read and understand the terms and conditions and therefore are signing in agreement with these terms. It also states that you should not rely on any representation other than what is in the contract. We have a strict company protocol and policy that we follow in fulfillment of these certificates and are constantly striving to make the process as straight-forward as possible. We welcome your comments as they assist us in providing better customer support and ultimately
a better travel experience for our customers.

If you have any additional questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department at 866-653-2139. Our representatives would be happy to assist you. If you still wish to be refunded your deposit, Please follow instructions below for requesting a refund. Send in a letter, include your pin number. Refunds are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 8 weeks. Please submit in writing and mail certified to: ATTN REFUND DEPARTMENT INFINITY INCENTIVE GROUP P.O. Box 3479 Lake Havasu City, Az 86405.
