I received a call from these people stating that they received my request to cancel my listing.( AS I did not know exactly who they were and was not worried about the cancellation of a listing, I receive calls all day for free listings and such and I tell them all no) they told me that I would receive a new directory in the mail, which I did not but they also said that I will receive an invoice for 375.00 for last years listing. I told them okay send it. I thought that once I got the invoice that I would recognized who they were and go on from there. Then I spoke to the owner of my company and he agreed Lets wait to get the invoive and see who they are. Well I got the invoice, but we have never contracted them for anything. It was also suspicious that they would bill us for the previous year. Always it has been a year up front from every other company. Something is real shady about this company

Do not pay them. They are Canadian criminals out of Montreal. They have no legal power to make you pay, but can harass you in a mighty way.

1. ASK THEM to send you a written copy of their contact with you. No contract, no pay!

2. If they claim to have a 'taped verification' ask them to SEND YOU THE TAPE for you to check for splicing!

3. Demand to see a 'proof' of your ad.

4. Report them to the Attorney General of New York (they pretend to be in Champlain) and the postal service for MAIL FRAUD.
