System provides real time data management, search functions, and automated organization via semantic and statistical analysis. In September 2012 InforTex cancelled the hosting agreement without a proper notice and, contrary to the signed agreement, did not return the system to the owner.
InforTex still keeps on its servers source code, compiled program and documentation that is owned by
IntuitiveFind LLC. Without having access to the system, IntuitiveFind is put in critical business situation and its possibility to conduct further business is severely impacted. IntuitiveFind demanded system return in multiple official requests, unfortunately without results.
There is also a possibility that InforTex might illegally use IntuitiveFind system as "its own" business offer.
