I used to work for Infosys Technologies in Monterrey, Mexico. Without giving any notice and breaking my offer letter, they started to follow me and investigated me in Mexico and United States. Today, even that I am not working any more for them, they are continue with the investigations and intimidation to me.
Because Infosys Technologies has to present to the bank clients certification for each consultant in CMMI level 5, the company has a third party contractor, but it seems that they are surpassing the legal requirement against the employees.
Today I have a sue to them, through IMSS (mexican Social Security), because they suppossed to protect the employees against companies like Infosys Technologies. The sue is presented in "Procuraduria Federal de Proteccion al Trabajador" in Mexico City.
This intimadation broke my health, I have been in the pass two years of intimidation in several mental hospitals in Mexico and United States. Having dual citizenship, I have been complaining the situation to mexican and american authorities without any challenge in my situation at all. This is surpassing my capacity as an SAP project manager because of the multinational company of indian origen resources.

It is confirmed that they tried to kill us with carbon monoxide because I was ready to be working for Walmart Mexico and being paid by Walmart USA. It seems that someone in the board of Walmart had communication with Infosys Technologies and Cognizant, and decide it to do it in the gansgter way

It seems that this situation it is because they were offering me to work for Walmart Mexico, and today Walmart Mexico has been sue in Mexico and USA for paying bribes million of dollars, that can not be covered easily in SAP FICO. I would not try to do anything illegal, specially because it is a federal level related to taxes.

Adalberto Cervantes Rodriguez Infosys Technologies is using no respectful third party contractor to certify each consultant for the CMMI level 5 security clearance. In fact, it is shitting its client, banks mainly. Also they are not paying medical expenses becauses of all that. I have 2 years with this intimidation, investigation and following out of the third part contractor

Infosys Technologies has not been able to pay my medical expenses according with the job offered letter signed by them and me. Also they did not report that I was sick to IMSS (Medical Social Security) in Nashivlle, TN.
I have been paying all the medical expenses that have occured because of the Infosys third party contractor intimidation.

The consultants that hired for banks and other important global companies can not be sure that the each one of the consultant is certified with CMMI level 5 security clearance because undoubful third party contractors to investigate the consultants. They are breaking job offer letters to intimidate the consultants in Mexico and USA. Using electromagnetic weapons, follow up software related to facebook to track the consultants, chips are implanted in the bodies of the consultants, and even they are forced to go to mental hospitals.
This multinational company is protected at the highest level in both countries, and they have the best corporate lawyers, but the situation is that they are breaking international and national tax laws and telling the companies to move to China, and invest in forex and other chinnesse financial instrument to avoid to pay taxes, specially in LATAM and USA.
