infusion soft has cost me more time and money than it was worth - hands down the worst crm i have ever tested. way too many bugs, non user friendly. I had to hire an IT counsultant that THEY referred me. i had tp pay him $5000.00 to get me set up. there is no way the average person will be able to set this up them self. we are a tech firm and have 50+ persons on staff of the type 3 programmers. this system is tricky and will not work for you

Ironic...

Isn't it ironic that a tech company does not know how to deal with a software? So you are saying that your tech people are only at the average level? Hmm...
Set that aside, readers would need to know more than just "the worse CRM I have ever tested." I am not sure whether you are just a "tester" or "bought" the software? If you bought it, why would you buy the software in the first place? Who did the research on it before buying? If you are not the owner but are the person who could authorize the transaction, then why did you buy it? Tell other readers so that we all know what actually causes this problem in the first place. It could be from their advertising, who knows? If you are not the owner of the company but rather an employee who has no authority to buy but only deal with it, then you are not a legitimate person to make a complaint because the cause of the problem is from the person who bought it.
