I placed an order in December of 2007 for two custom designed tee-shirts. I had some successful communication with Inkontees via email and phone in the beginning ordering stages. Since my son designed the artwork, I had questions and needed to call. I spoke to Carrie (who supposedly runs the company. After some communication and Inkontees charging my credit card, Carrie assured me everything was in order and the order was in process and I would receive the tess on 4 to 5 weeks.

Patiently I waited and waited and waited. No tee shirts. I tried calling many many times, left many voice messages which no one ever returned my calls --I tried emailing many, many times and on I believe out of 25 or so emails I received a couple of response indicating the job is in process.

As of today, May 5, 2008, I am still without the tee shirts which I paid. Continuing to get my money back, I placed and call and surpriseingly Carrie answered the phone. She gave me some excuse about being out of the office because she had a baby and was unaware that I didn't get my shirts. Needless to say I had taken her by surprise and all she could do is lie. I had a rather heated discussion with her and indicated that she should check the websites for all of the ripoff reports on this company "Inkontees". Believe it or not, her response was: "There are only 14 ripoff reports" Hmmnnnn I guess those 14 people don't count.

Please print this report so that people will not utilize this company. They are making money off of money who work hard for their money and put their trust in others to deliver what they promised.

I have reported this incident to my bank. I filed a report and on May 12th it will be 60 days. Takes that long for them to investigate. Don't know exactly what is going to happen but I will not let this company steal my hard earned money and treat me like I am a nobody. I will continue to pursue to issue until I have recovered the money they stole from me.

Please let's shut this company down. They do not deserve the trust of all the people out there who surf the web.
