I've submitted  two $10 mail-in rebates for the Four Paws Wee Wee Dog Pads-Frequent Purchase Program.  The first submission was returned due to incorrect address?  This was the address given on the packaging!

Here it is 2 mail-ins,3 months and numerous phone calls later, STILL no rebate check.  Talked to a representive today.  Same old song, just a different verse, by a different rep for the company.
