Received postcard 2/3/11 saying valid age information was not submitted. Called that same day to ask why that info wasn't requested on the rebate form. Was told by "Robin," that she could take that info over the phone and would reprocess our $12 rebate immediately.
March 10, 2011, I received a check for $5.00--NOT the $12 receipts were submitted for. When I tried to call and inquire (several times) 1-877-819-4280 as to why I got $5.00 instead of $12, no one ever answered the phone.
I would not waste my time filling out coupons or submitting to this company again. Ripoff artists.
