Thank you for your complete name and address. I was able to research the submission and it appears that you mailed in 2 rebate forms and 2 receipts in the same envelope. When our processing plant receives 2 rebate forms and 2 receipts they process this as 2 different submissions thus the payment of $8.00. Since this manufacturer does allow mulitple receipts I have processed the additional $16.00 payment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for this payment delivery. For future rebates that you have multiple recetipts and this is allowed by the manufacturer please only send in 1 rebate form and the receipts to ensure correct processing.
