I completed one work order for them. It was way out of my normal service area (3 hours out). They want immediate service but then never want to pay. It is now 56 days late on a NET 45. I called and was told by someone who claimed her name was Angela that a check would be sent out that Friday. 10 days later and still nothing. Called again and was told by someone supposedly named Tammy that it will be sent out next Friday. Really. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

Notified them of collections practices, told them that answer was insufficient and was told to talk to the owner. Emailed him and got a great phone call back which included thinly veiled threats of never paying and eventually full blown cussing and vulgarity about my wife, mother, etc...

After calling the store corporate office and notifying them that they were about to have a lien filed on their store I finally made some progress. The store service location isn't very pleased, the company sending work through them isn't very pleased. And then they tried to send me another service call. HAHAHAHA. 

Also they like to record phone calls, New Jersey allows this with one party's consent, but not all states do. Legal grey area. I will never do work for them again. If their office was on fire, I would wish I could piss gasonline.

Actually , your client stated that you were paid 15 days after the job was completed. Our company did everything that was asked of us . As far as our rates go , you get what you pay for . So if cheap labor and sloppy work are what you are seeking then move past our company. Each and every job is done to the highest standards , with before and after photo's. I also see that the check was cut on a Friday and not mailed until days later. Postmarks do not lie.

I had the same experience with Innovative. The only thing innovative about them is how many lies and excuses they can come up with. They are the worst of the worst. The only way I finally got paid was to contact Radio Shack corporate (the chain I did the work for) and explain what was going on. They were fantastic, and leaned on Innovative, and I finally got paid. But it was only because I did that.

Over many years, I've found that most businesses are honest, and that if you contact their corporate office, and nicely imply that you are trying to avoid any legal action, and that perhaps a phone call from them to the maintenance company could get things straightened out, usually does the trick.

Innovative is one of those bad apples that simply won't pay and counts on vendors finding it too much of a hassle to collect from them and just writing it off.

The only other advice I have for dealing with companies like this, is that when they call you with a work order, accept it, tell them you'll be there, then not show up. If we ALL did this, eventually scam companies like innovative would go out of business from unhappy customers.

It's too bad more honest vendors don't know about this site. I'm guessing if 1000 more vendors did, there would be 1000 more ripoff reports on Innovative.

To start off with this sub was paid !!!!  He failed TO DO ANYTHING HE WAS ASKED , In our paper work it states 45 days or when we are paid he called OUR CLIET AND MY CLIENT TOLD HIM WE WHER JUST PAID AND IT WAS SENT TO HIM IMMEDIETLY!!!!! ALSO HIS COMPANY IS OVER PRICED AND LIED ABOUT HOW MANY HOURS HE WORKED >> WE ARE DOING A RIPPOFF REPORT ON HIM !!!
