They want to help you but if they cant save you any money then you are eligible for a refund that you will have a very hard time tracking down.

This firm can cover its tracks very well with any number of excuses, but while I had them on the phone I looked them up on the net and found out that they were not above board.

You do not need them to help you lower your interest rate just call your creditors yourself and save (in my case) $ 995.00. They haven't called back.
