My story sounds like many others here.I had bought two V3 Razr phones from IPI wireless. I waited the aloted time, and sent two rebate claims in both for $150.00. I checked them for accuracy, and had another person check them again, for my piece of mind.

I sent them off in April 2006. I checked my rebate online about a week later and It said they had received one (on April 28, 2006)and It was being processed. My other rebate said "Thank you for submitting your recent Mail-In Rebate Application. We have reviewed your claim and discovered that it is invalid for the following reason(s):
Your wireless bill(s) was not submitted; The bill(s) sent does not show an invoice/bill date." That was an untrue statement. I figured they didn't want to give me two rebates so voided one.

I phoned customer service, and was told to resubmit the rebate forms, since I was still within the alotted time limit. So I did all the paperwork again and sent It off. I checked my rebate online again a week later. NOTHING had changed.I thought I would wait a while longer. I waited a month and tried to call but never got through.

Later in july I checked my rebates online and they said no rebates were found. What!? I then noticed that It said there was some kind of error that occured at the processing center and they had to reprocess all the claims over AGAIN.

So I wait. I called them in Oct, and finally talked to someone there. She said that the one was being processed (still?) and they all had to be resubmitted for processing because of the minnesota processing center. (she said she was in Arizona) She said there was a problem when moving computers or something...? I asked about my other rebate and she said they had no record of It, so I should resubmit It again. I said that It has now been six months for the other so this was an unreasonable amount of time. She said that she would give my phone number to the tech department, and they would give me a call to let me know my status. Well, lets see It's been a week with no return call.

I think this is a scam and a bogus offer to get people to get phones and sign up with providers. If It isn't why are there so many people ripped off by this company?
