Ordered a phone on march 26th, inphonic said they required a deposit and we gave it to them via credit card. Got the first bill stating that the depoist wasnt paid called bank and cingular to fax proff of withdrawl from card and still no deposit sent and cingular wants me to pay it agian. Big time fraud thing going on and ripping off customers and cingular as well.
