i won a free phone on-line from inphonic. i only had to pay shipping and handling which i did! now inphonic has turned this supposedly free phone(they now say i owe $250.00)over to a collection agency. i do NOT feel i should owe them anything if i won a free phone@!!

exactly the same situation...with SKO Brenner collection agency today when I called to clarify they refered me to PCS and would not give a contact number etc...so here I go round now.
