Inphonic is notorious for not answering emails and when you call them they have trained their employees to say "your rebate is processing." It doesn't take 3 months to process a rebate nor does it take 3 months to arrive in the mail. The customer service representative tells you to go to http://www.cellphonerebates.com/ to check the status on your rebate and what you get is a notice that they filed bankruptcy! So if you think you are getting a fee phone, think again because they do not honor their rebates.
