InstaCash Attempted to scam me for bogus loan, Internet

I recieved a call from some guy with broken english from a international number requesting a response regarding criminal charges pending against me. This was the first I had heard about anything. They were requesting my attorneys contact information.

This guy stated that I took out a payday loan online with some company called InstaCash. I have never heard of them at all. They stated my bank info, employer, social security and my former address. They asked me about 2 people that I have never heard of before stating I used them as references.

While on the phone I found this website. I asked the guy to give me details about this company filing charges against me. He refused to give me any info about this but told me that I was going to be arrested at my job, they were gonna call my employer and tell them that I have commited a felony of check fraud.

The man was extremely rude on the phone telling me not to interupt him while he was reading the affidavit. I told the guy he was full of s**t and that nothing was gonna ever happen to me regarding this. He told me I was going to be served papers to appear in court and prove my innocence. What a joke.

Call the Federal Trade Commission about this guy. Here is the number 18774384338. If you find anything out of the norm on your credit reports you need to take action.
