Customer service was the worst in history, could not do anything as no record of order yet - They got my money yet they can't refund!!! Very suspicious. BEWARE people, you need to check your payment as they will overcharge you as well. They did not even show the amount before the payment was processed. I should have know better. When you get ripped off please report Instabulb and Telebrands as well.
Never received an email confiirmation of the order, and the online invoice did not print right (missing information) and there was no ORDER NUMBER!! Beware of Instabulb and Telebrands people!
