Recurring, unnoticed charge of $22.86 from October 2013 until February 2014; called Customer Service, told them I had not known about this 'membership account' and was told "You had thirty days from the date of use to cancel this membership and you did click on 'I Agree.'"  No offer of refund, no idea what this 'membership' was intended to provide, but I did not receive *anything* for having paid $22.86 for five months of unnoticed charges.  Very deceptive, and the insolent customer service representative acted like I had intentionally bilked THEM for the past five months.  I am guessing it is tied to an informational background check where one signs up for a FREE background check (to locate a longtime friend), and then unknowingly charges your credit card with a vague statement line for months or years until the credit card owner scrutinizes their underhanded charges and can stomach dialing the number to deal with the smarmy people at the other end.  I nearly had my card customer service handle it; it was gutwrenching to even talk to them.  Pardon me while I go hurl now.
