I paid instant credit buildres (ICB) almost $6000 to add four to six high end credit business lines and a guranteed 80 paxdex score almost 4 months ago. Before I was signed up, they called me 10 times a day to get me to sign on. On the very day I paid, they disappeared. Suddenly mailboxes were always full and no one ever called back.

An entire month goes by and no one bothers to return calls and so I post a message on their site asking if they are running a scam and then suddenly I get a call and of couse the post is erased by their administrators on the instantcreditbuilders website.

Jason calls back and puts me through to Chris. Chris says he is working on it. Another six weeks go by and nothing. No calls, no call backs, voice mail always full. I post another similar message on ICB message board and Chris calls back.

Chris says he does not work for ICB but ICB sends him these contracts of people who wants tradelines added and he got my file late. But he is working on it.

3 months have passed now. Still no word from ICB. Talked to Chris and asked him if I could check my Dun and Bradstreet file to see how the tradelines were coming along (they were supposed to add 2 lines a month). He says it's not a good idea as it could alert dun and bradstreet and my account with dun and bradstreet could be frozen.

Almost 4 months have passed now and ICB does not allow anyone to post comments on their community borads anymore except administrators (hmmm...I wonder why???). I have left messages no one ever calls back and it's always voicemail only. Or voice mail is full.

I have asked for a refund but have not heard from them and I am considering approaching the attorney generals office to find out if this company is just scamming people out of money.

I believe I have been scammed. I was told all of this would have been completed in 3 months MAXIMUM. Almost 4 months later, and no calls, no updates, no news about tradelines. I am just about $6000 poorer.

What a scam. I am cosidering going to my attorney general. Anyone else in this predicament with this company please let me know. Thanks

None of my clients have claimed to have requested a refund and has not received it.



Your choices are what have brought you to the situation at hand.



You have lied, discredited my company and have been well informed of the delay from Chris about your file.



You then filed a ripoff report before requesting a refund knowing that your File has already been submitted and will be reporting this month.



To me it looks as if you are deliberately trying to sabotage ICB whole heartedly knowing your file will be completed and trying to get a free ride without paying one red cent.



You have already said that you paid $6000.00 when it was only $5700.00 another lie and from looking into your company you do not seam so squeaky clean Yasmin.



ICB has nothing to hide and we will handle every client that has a problem with respect but when it comes down to a person like you trying to scam us we will protect our selfs from being ripped off as well.



A service has been preformed and the results will be in this month and they will be posted right here.



All the fowl emails I have received from you in the last cople of days is uncalled for and ICB is within our contract.



The services that you heired us for is a 90 to 120 process that you understood and you will receive a full refund if your file is not completed by the end of OCT.



I did however try to work with you and you insist on being out of control.



You will receive a refund but the people of the world need to know what type of person you are as well.



A crook. You need to be exposed for what you are.

The only email I ever received from you is on July 24th, after I complained on your website that you guys never bother to return calls and it had been six weeks since I even heard from anyone. I am still waiting for your call....or you can send me an email and update me on what happened to my account. You can cut the lies about trying to reach me ...I even sent emails to Chris asking him to update me but still no response. I just want to know what happened to the promises. And if you didn't do what you said you would, give me back my money. It's really very simple. Since we have a public forum here, lets see where's this 80 paydex score you promised over four months ago. No more games. Either you did do it, or you didn't. Email me the access code for the dun and bradstreet file and I will pull it and I will let everyone know if you did what you said you could. If you didn't, just return my money. It's as simple as that.



This story that you guys keep telling about trying to reach your clients, is getting old. (I notice this is your standard response everytime there's a complaint) There's such a thing as email and you have my email address so if you REALLY could not reach me, all you had to do was send an email. The proof is in the pudding, so they say. If you could not reach me for MONTHS (and that's a lie since I have an email from Chris at the end of August) all you had to do was send me an email. On the other hand, I will have no problems providing all the emails I have sent in the last couple of months asking for an update, asking for a call back etc..



At this point, I am not interested in excuses -- either you did do it or you didn't. And if you didn't , give me back my money.

The last time I talked to him, he said the maximum time it would take would be no later than the end of September (of course this is the 3rd MAXIMUM extension -- Melissa said it would be done by the end of July, and then it was the end of August and now the end of September) and still NOTHING.
