Instant Tax Solutions Doug Kaiser, Instant Tax Solutions did absolutley nothing to help but did not mind taking money IPost Falls, Idaho

I contacted Instant Tax Solutions in mid May to help me with my tax issues caused by a previous fraudulent tax preparer. They assured me that they could help and stop the IRS notices as soon as they got their first payment of $800 and they insisted that I allow them to prepare my 2011 taxes. We did a credit card transaction and I waited for over a week to hear from them so I finally called them. Arron seemed nice and pleasent enough, he told me that my case had been assigned to Doug Kaiser, a Senior Case Manager. I heard nothing from Doug.

I was contacted by a lady named Natashia who said that she was my taxe prepairer. She requested I fill out several pages of financial information that I had allready sent them in a spreadsheet. I thought it was very strange that no one from ITS had never spent the time to find out the specifics about my business situation. Everything seemed very Generic!

About 2 weeks went by and I had heard nothing from Natasha or anyone else from ITS and I was starting to get worried. We kept getting letters from the IRS and I would send them to ITS and get no response. One day Doug Kaiser called and was really loud and demanding, not willing to listen! He wanted to know why I had not sent them all of my tax information so they could prepare my taxes. I told him I had sent everything to Natasha twice. He said that Natasha was leaving the company and that was her last day. She apparently did nothing. Doug all of a sudden found all of my information!

My case was re-assigned to another CPA to prepare my taxes. After about 2 weeks he called and said my taxes were very complicated and I needed to get my previous preparer to do them and we only had about 2 weeks to get this done!

About 2 weeks later I get a call from Doug questioning some of my figures. As I tried to explain some of them he would laugh, cut me off and tell me how stupid I was. I would try to ask him aquestion but he would not shut up long enough to her it. This went on for several minutes and I got very upset. I finally told him to shut up and listen. He hung up on me.

I got a voice mail from Aaron telling me that I was not allowed to talk to Doug that way and that they were ending our relationship. I would be refunded 50% of my fees paid (1600) and that I did not want to challenge him. I called back and disputed this on voicemail. I finally got a call back from Aaron and he said that I was asking them to do illegal things and they would not do that. I asked him if they had a recording of my conversation with Doug and he said no. I told him in my opinion Doug had lied to him about our converstion and they had breeched our aggrement and they would refund 100% of all funds. He agreed to do so.

Inconclusion I feel that ITS gets as much money from you as possible and does not do anything for you. Once you complain they cancel the aggreement and refund 50% because they say they have spent time and money preparing your case. Buyer beware!
