InstrumentAlley.com took internet order on 5/8/10 says they shipped USPS priority on 5/13/10. no item has been recieved as of 5/20/10. Phone calls and voicemail left unanswered. logan, Utah

I placed an internet order for a replacement mandolin tailpiece. Order was acknowledged, my credit card was billed and I was e-mailed acknowledgement along with an USPS shippment tracking number as follows

my order # is  16502

Your items shipped on 5/13/2010 via USPS : Priority Mail
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE with tracking # 03091830000162943564

I cannot track my order as it appears to be nonexistant with USPS

Today is 5/20/10 and still have not recieved my order.

I have called several times, and have left one voicemail requesting an update. As of today I have not been able to talk to anyone about this issue.

RETRACTION. All issues have been resolved.

After Ben finally contacted me and understood I was upset with his company he agreed to re-ship my order. I asked for the item to arrive on 5/28/2010 and he did just that. I am satisfied with this transaction.
