hi my name is carl i was contacted by a representive of integra financal benefits for a mastercard i was garenteed the card in 25 days from the date they took the 249 out of my checking account and all i would have to is call and active it.its been almost 2 months and i got the package that they said my card would be in and its just a bunch of books to ready and saying i have to pay another 40 for processing and that is not what i was told when i agreed to get the card all i want is my 249 back and for something to be done about this fraudulous company that has done nothing but lie to me and to many others that i have seen. i have gotten a letter from them that i will recieve my card with in 25 day of my package and that is not what was agreed upon. plus what i am seeing this is not a credit card at all.
