I wish I had done a web search before my saga with these people started. Anyway, I printed the form from the website (www.mailmethekit.com) listed on the Mini Vacations brochure I received to mail it in and redeem my vacation. The website that came up no longer referenced Mini Vacations, but rather Integra Marketing Group. So, I completed the form and mailed it into them on March 22, 2006 along with my $50 check and original vacation certificate via delivery confirmation USPS mail. On March 24th, 2006 they sent me a letter stating my form was incomplete and to redo it along with my uncashed check and original certificate. (My form wasn't incomplete.) So I did another form with 3 different vacation choices and mailed it back to them on April 5, 2006 via delivery confirmation USPS mail. This time they cashed my check and sent me a letter dated March 24, 2006 again saying my choice was not available and to select another. (They only had 1 destination highlighted. So am I to assume the other 2 were not available also?) Also they did not return my deposit like they said they had in the letter nor my original vaction certificate like they did the first time they sent my form back. So, I got suspicious and did a web search and wallah all this stuff on Mini Vacations / Integra Marketing Group. I want my $50 deposit back plus the $9.10 I spent on delivery confirmation mail. I'm not going to play this game anymore now that I know it's a scam. I also can't reach them at 813-621-1777 or 1-877-377-0030. Can you help me? (Unfortunately for them I keep copies of everything.)
