I have been billed 20.95 per month since May 2012. I received no written contract even though I requested it several time. They have tried to get $350 out of my account in August, October and December. Since I wasn't notified of this transaction it has caused banking overdrafts and a nightmare of problems.
Most recently, I was billed $104 on November 30th and was told I would be billed another $104 for in December, which I agreed to. On December 31st my account was billed $350 and then on Jan 2nd I was billed another $95.
I have repeatedly tried to contact them using the numbers on my statement and I get placed in a hold pattern for 20 minutes or more. When I called the number on the webpage I got a live person but she could not transfer me to a live customer service representative.
This company is fraudulent and I will not continue to do business with them. I was told that the I signed a 3 year contract but if I pay $350 (the magic number) and return the terminal I can be released in May 2013.
