I first contacted Anthony Herrera in mid November regarding a merchant account for my website. I questioned him regarding all the BBB complaints against his company and he reassured me that everything was going to be fine. After about a week, he told me that I needed to call him on a certain day to get the account approval. He also stated he would provide a contract which he never did nor did he tell me about any cancellation fees. After another week passed and I did not receive responses to my emails or calls, was told by an operations manager that the price would be double what I was told by Anthony, the package did not work with my web host and there was a cancellation fee. I then cancelled the account. Although the account was stated to be active even though I never received approval nor did I ever use the account, the operations manager stated I would not be charged a cancellation fee because of Anthony Herrera's mistakes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND DO NOT USE ANTHONY HERRERA, SALES REP, YOU WILL BE SORRY.
