Integrated Card Services Deceptive, Without Processing One Card They Took Over $500 in fees out of my bank account, promised to refund it, it's been 18 days and I still haven't seen it. Thousand Oaks, California

Integrated Card Services tried to provide credit card processing services to me using my phone, but it did not work.  I moved on to another provider.  But it has been 5 months and they are still taking fees out of my bank account and then taking months to refund it. Most recently they took $350 for an early termination fee when nothing was ever started.  This was after they had already agreed to refund 6 other fees.  I have spent hours on the phone waiting for someone to talk to while the music is playing.  I would like to know why, when even they agree that the fees were charged in error, they think it is okay to take 3 or more weeks to refund it.  Taking this long  is actually their standard policy.  Do not use this company.
