Integrated Card Services Merchant Services Deceptive Contract with cancellation charges Thousand Oaks , California

I engaged the services of Merchant Services on the Internet to process Credit Cards for folks who rented our Condo. Their Contract was deceptive in that it had a minimum amount per month that was required to be processed or they would charge my account $44.95 per month. As we were just starting out we could not meet the minimum. It tried to cancel this service but I was advised of a $350.00 cancellation fee. BUSINESS THAT NEED CREDIT CARD PROCESS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I CALLED A MANGER NORI RIVAS AND ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND GET THE CANCELLATION FEE WAIVED BUT THEY WOULD NOT BUDGE.
