Integretel Slammed us for voice mail service we never ordered. Have been doing it for months. Internet

I called our local phone service to ask a few questions about our service. While talking to her she had asked why we had a second voice mail service since ours is already free through them. I asked her what she was talking about as we were only suppose to have the one through them. She told me a service called Integretel had been charging me every month for voice mail service at a cost of $13.92 a month. She gave me a number to call them at to cancel the servie and ask for a credit of my funds paid out to them. On my bill it only shows up as the Billing Resource so we thought it was some charge from our phone company and never paid it much mind.

I called the number to inquire how this happened, ask for a credit and have this slamming service removed. The gentlemen I spoke with said he could cancel the service, but could not refund any of our money on previous charges without us filling out a dispute form. He claimed my husband set up the account through the internet, but my husband said he hadn't. Somehow, someway Integretel got my husbands info and slammed our phone bill, and have been, apparently, doing so for months.

The man I spoke with was rude. He said he would cancel the service, and gave me a reference number, but concidering that they slammed us to begin with I can't trust he will. I now have to call my phone service provider and put a block on our phone bill so no more charges can be applied.
