First off, i'm so relieved i found this site. i just recived my phone bill and discover 2 charges made to AtlanticMgmt for 40.00 each on jan 16 2006 @ 3.39 a.m for 40.00 to 1 900 444 0358 and on jan 23, 2006 @ 11:51 p.m to 1 900 444 0358. i have never dialed a 900 number in my life! no physics, porn etc! never have never will. anyways on jan 20 @ 11:15 p.m. there is also a charge to Estonia for 11 minutes and on jan 22 @ 2:40 p.m. to estonia for 31 minutes. around that time, my internet dialer was having enormous problems, it would not stay connected, i use NoCharge and have had maybe 2 problems in the 3+ years i have been using it. and that was only for a couple hours when i wanted to use it. anyways, this went on for about 2 weeks, it would connect for half a second and then disconnect. i assume the other dialer was kicking mine off. i reformatted because it would not work, during this time I remember seeing a "extra" dialer in my properties and thats probably what that was. but it also said nocharge as my regular one does. i am so mad right now.i know i clicked "no" when it asked me, i get all these applications trying to download on computer all the time, always click no. i'm calling them tomorrow and they had better reverse those charges, this is a scam and i will be filing with all the appropriate places.
i was billed by yak connunications and usbi for the charges to estonia and also a .99 lec billing fee which i don't know what that is.
