As our story is like most, I won't bore you with the typical sales person defrauding us. What I want to write here is for anyone in the State of Texas who was defrauded by MBF Leasing, Northern Leasing or Integrity of Texas who would like to join into a lawsuit, I would invite you to contact me via this report.

I have had it with these crooks and I am taking them down. I will no longer be a victim and we will prevail. There is too much evidence about these crooked companies not to prevail. If you have had any dealings with Integrity of Texas and you want actual company information, here it is.

Their real name (corporate name) is Check Re-Entry Service, LLC and Integrity of Texas is their assumed name. The officers of the corporation are:

Jeffrey Allen is the registered agent for the corporation with an address of 3307 Appalachian Trail, Kingwood, TX 77345-1093.

I have been consumed with doing research over the last few days and will no longer settle as the victim. I am pumped and ready to go. I have contacted an attorney that works against consumer fraud and are experts. I have also filed Federal Trade Commission complaint and will be also filing the attorney generals office for Texas, New York and Illinois. We do have a judgment against us for this fraud, but we feel we can get it dismissed.

I spoke to someone at the civil courts office and they tell me they get lots of calls regarding MBF Leasing in New York and she has seen cases dismissed. If any of you are doing your research, you will know about the current lawsuit pending and that the independent officers of that corporation are being held liable for fraud. The more we can stand together, the better off we will be. We need to get in their face and let them know we are serious. I will not let up, I will not be the victim. They will pay!!!!!

Again, I invite you to contact me regarding filing a class action lawsuit against Integrity of Texas, each individual sales person that you were involved with because they do not have protection under the corporation as they are independent contractors as well as the MBF and Northern Leasing Companies. They have lots of money and need to quit lying to people and do the right thing.

I also believe we need to pursue criminal charges if allowed for the fraud.
