Individual named James Morgan, came into my store to sell service on credit card and check processing. He said he was representing Integrity of Texas. He said he made a comparision of the current service I had to the one he was selling. He said it was apples to apples.
He said there was no hidden cost or fees. The service he sold for checks was for .20 per check and 20.00 per month. He said they would also collect any checks I had in my posession. The credit card service was at 1.79% and .18 per transaction. They sent equiptment that was not properly programed, and we were unable to process debit cards as debit, had to process as a credit card.
When I received my first bill, it was wrong and I called them. They had over charged on every item. Every service was more costly than what I had with Tel Check. He had told me when he sold the service the fees that were billed by other servers or companies would not show up on their bills. They did and when I ask about them I was told it was on all bills.
When I called about the check processing, I was told I did not have a guarantee service, which James Morgan sold me, at a less expensive cost, but I had a verification service. Which there is not guarantee on.
I have spent serveral hours trying to work with Integrity and Scan, I have wrote to customer service, to Jeff Freitas, and Robert Wood. I have wrote to Robert Wood three times with no response. I have received response from Jeff Freitas one time, and this was inresponse to service sold by James Morgan. He supported the manner in which James lied and misrepresented service he sold and comparision he made. I have yet to receive a response from last complaint in November of 05.
I have copies of all correspondense I have sent to companies and any response from them as well. They have not straighted out any issue not have they made any effort to correct any problems.
He lied when he did his comparision to get me to change my service. He lied about what his service included and the cost involved. He was not honest about the comparision. Had he been honest no one would change to his service. He misrepresented everything he sold and what the service was. The company supports him and his method of switching business to their service. He committed fraud in his sale and solitication of the service Integrity has and provides.The company has failed to remedy the problems.
They do not respond to my request. They do not respond to issues I have with James Morgan and the lies he told in selling services that would be provided. He gave false cost and misrepresented the service involved.
