Corporate Advocacy Program™
I have seen the inner workings of Integrity Wireless, LLC. I have spoken with several customers in my local area who have been wronged by this company and now I must speak and let the public know.
This is the most crooked cell phone company since The Mobile Solutions. The employees are trained to scam, and take from customer by there trainer John. The name of the game is SIGN them up no matter how you have to do it. They are told to obain prime accounts by running as many credit options as possible. Ask if the know anyones information to help obtain that prime account. Once that credit is obtained off a friend or family member, they are told that person is not to be contacted and that all mail will be sent to the negitive credit customer in front of them. Basically, running a person credit, and letting someone who has not cared for there credit decide the fate of the other credit life.
ie. If I were to apply and came back a "n" or "m" class, A sales rep is trained to harrass you into aquiring SSN, DOB, etc from as many people as you can to improve that credit score. kinda like a "co-signer", but....they "primary" signer is a person who has NO clue the are now contracted with T-Mobile and integrity Wireless. and if i default which more than likely will happen, it would hurt me but rather whomevers credit was ran. That is FRAUD.
Also I have been in convo's with employees that have admitted to retaining previous good credit customers and using that information to open another separate account for a poor credit customers even though they dont know that person. FRAUD.
A couple of other statements made by this employee, where that he once called Tmobile requested a new sim card for a customer, who was late for a payment and it affected is commision. They shut off that person old sim, activated a new one and he proceeded to make 100's of calls to a local sears knowing that everytime the automated system picked up it was a 1 mintue call, now times that by the hundreds?? you do the math. That is the shadest thing i have ever heard.
Last but I am sure not least, beware with this company if you do not intend to purchase a new phone but rather just a sim card and use a phone you might already have. The employee love this, its like gold. They basically wait 13 days to unsure that customer wont return there service, then they obtain a new cell phone (free-$300 in new activation value, from t229's to blackberry bold 2) at the new activation price and then sell it on craigslist.com for profits, stealing from there own company and making tons of cash on the side. Integrity Wireless, LLC is like a pawn shop that is training their employess to lie, cheat, scam and swindle you and unsuspecting consumers into multiple contracts. T-Mobile is a good company but they need to find the bad eggs and rid them ASAP.
Also just found out that Integrity Wireless, LLC, is owned, operated, and mostly made up of EX TMS (the mobile solution) employess. I am thinking TMS was shut down by T Mobile, and 3 of the bigger men in that company reopened it in a different name. It seems to me they are doing all the same things, and I need you the consumer to step up and report your experiences with me.

Integrity Wireless is not a fraudulent company

Every large corporation will have unhappy customers and X employees that will rant and rave once they have been canned. The article if full of false information. The Mobile Solution was purchased by T-Mobile and all of the locations were made into corporate stores. T-Mobile only buys the largest of retailers that have passed a grueling 4 step process which take years, millions of dollars, hundreds of thousands of man hours and a lot of hard work by hundreds of good people. The author could be telling the truth about the stories he heard in a car while riding to a meeting. Hearing a story from one person and accusing an entire corporation of fraud seem mile apart to me. By that standard you can find someone that absolutely despises any company you can name. Facebook, Donald Trump, The Hiltons, every bank on the map, Bill Gates, every president that has ever served. The point is that you can not take this author seriously when he/she cannot show a single shred of hard proof that we are trained to rip people off and try our hardest to find fraudulent SOC and Dl to get an account started. Being the realist that I am I have to say that I am sure such activity has taken place in all wireless companies. This very small group of people that cannot sell to make a living could possibly pull off such stunts but lets be honest, if a salesman asks you to put something in an unknowing partys name and you comply, well , it takes two to tango. Actually you can be fired very quickly for any discrepancy in you dealings with the customers. Down right advertising fraudulent scams to any person that walks up is not how we are trained. In FACT we are required to do the following before a contract can be signed: Verify the identity of the customer, walk the customer through the contract and have them initial crucial paragraphs which explain our policy, obtain a legal form of identification(which we must be copied to ensure that the actual customer was at the store) and fill out a verification document in which the customer signs a secondary page agreeing that they understand all elements of the sale that took place. Did I mention that we give our personal cell phone numbers to the customers and monitor there bill for accidental overages?
As far as ruining credit and destroying lives. Lets face it people, there is one person that is responsible for your credit. Anybody? Anybody? Yes, you are responsible for monitoring your credit, knowing what your are signing and using the buyers remorse period if you are not happy with a product. As far as having multiple accounts opened in someones name or to many lines in your name on the wrong price plan, this is simple. You dial 611 from your mobile device the moment you walk away from the purchase and double check to make sure you have exactly what you were told. We all make mistakes so this is a good practice for any situation evolving credit. Every American is allowed 1 free credit report per year at www.annualcreditreport.com so use it!
Finally, The owners of Integrity Wireless are not the same owners from The Mobile Solution. The owners have the same basic business plan but as a former employee of TMS I can tell you first hand that Integrity Wireless is a good company ran by good people. I personally was not a huge fan of TMS due to some issues which I will not disclose. However, This is not TMS we are talking about. Integrity Wireless stands on its own as one of the largest T-Mobile retailers affording hundreds of people the opportunity to provide for their families. I resent the comments made by the author as I would never commit an identity theft just to sell a phone. I speak for the entire company when I say that.

I wanted to up date this a bit more and follow up on was was posted by "the owner of the company".
I have now spoken with some employees of integrity about some more inner workings and things that go on. I found out a very interesting detail that i think should be added.
apparently, some of the higher ups withen the company are into dealing and consuming pills, and weed out of these kiosks. They keep all the cash from sales of tmobile in a safe hidden inside the kiosk and i guess only managers have a key to these safes. what they are doing to buy pills is taking deposits out of the safe to purchase these drugs, then reporting a deposit missing from whomever the deposit was originally place in the safe. In turn that persons is now short that deposit and has to pay it before the bank runs at beggining of the week in order to keep there jobs. now i knew about drugs around this kiosk, but had never seen it going on, but i was not around the mall that much. now alot of the stuff posted has been confirmed and i would say it is time to maybe move forward.
I would also like to say, if you are, were an employee, or even a customer that has seen anything, i encourage you to please step forward, please keep infomation private, but please tell your experiences. dont be afraid of integrity wireless, they deserve exposure and to be seen in the negitive light.
Now on to the "owner of the company", if you read the rebuttal guideline you would have seen that a rebuttal is a chance as a company, employee, to defend themselves and to post information supported why this information maybe incorrect or a attempt to make false statements about integrity wireless, llc. looking back at your rebuttal it simply askes 3-4 questions, did i contact a county d.a. or lawyer? and what really make things look odd you said "whats that? you didnt?" almost like you want to challenge things or that your above me. personally i take it as a threat, maybe thats not what you intended but, i think anyone who reads this would agree. to answer those questions i would like to say, maybe, maybe not. only time will tell what will transpire. ill leave it at that and welcome your rebuttal.
