This company led me to believe that I would get a lead for every 2 hours of calling.  They also led me to believe that they had done telemarketing for other companies in the Air Conditioning maintenance and sales field and have had success for them.

While I thought the amount of leads were a little optimistic I thought we would probably get 8-10 leads and that would have been satisfactory but 0 leads was a real shock.

When I questioned them they said everyone that answered the phone said they had a contract or had already had it done which is what everyone says because it works on getting weak telemarketers off the phone and I expected a professional telemarketing firm would know how to not take the first NO for an answer and to keep talking and build a relationship and at least get us out on a free 2nd opinion but I guess they couldn't be bothered.

If you like to throw your money away this is a great company.

Resolved Complaint

Complaint was resolved at the time of complaint. Below is additional information on the complaint and resolution.

When purchasing any type of marketing, it is hard to know whether or not your money will produce a good return on your investment.  Different types of marketing work for different types of businesses.  In the case of *** *** ************, we experienced a lower than normal contact rate as well as a low success rate.  Although it is hard to say whether or not a campaign will produce results, we typically at least have a higher contact rate – meaning that we are able to reach a higher percentage of people on their list and determine whether or not they are interested.  **** has asked for a full refund OR 10 “good” leads for him to be satisfied.  Unfortunately, since we are not able to predict people’s interest level, we are not able to offer **** 10 “good” leads because we have no idea how many hours this will take, and since we have already spent our time and money running his full campaign, a full refund is not something we are able to do either.

Because we were not able to reach enough people to determine whether or not this campaign would be successful, we are willing to either refund $1,000 of ****’s payment with us, OR he may choose to run an additional 25 hours of telemarketing at no charge to him. If he chooses to run more hours, we cannot guarantee the outcome, but we can tweak his script, get a new list or people to call, etc. to try and get around the low contact rate.

Client choose to obtain the $1000.00 refund.
