Intelius Information is years out of date Internet

I requested Information for my Fiance who wanted to know why she had a problem finding her Phone Number and other pesonal information. The results I received were totally false. The Phone Number had belonged to other 5 people in the area over 5 years ago and several were not living in the area for years. They claim they use Utility bills and other information. You can see the email I received from them. I would like to file a Class Action against this Company.
