I signed up to pay .95 to do a look up with Intelius. They charged me $4.95 and then I find a charge on my Visa card for this 24 Protect Plus. I did not order this. I don't even know who they are. I have found out that they pulled this stunt through connivance with Intelius. This is outright fraud. How can these scumbags get away with this? Where the hell is the FCC?
