I agreed to a 1 year membership with this company on June 19th 2006. After looking at the lack of availability of Video titles I immediately sent an email (the only method of contact with this company) and requested a refund. I have had $188 charged to my credit card and probably will never receive this refund as I have been stonewalled for the past week from this company. I discovered another website www.dvdrr.com and learned that this company has a reputation for poor service. I want to warn anyone that may read my words to save their money!

I got my refund

I just want to be fair to this company. I finally did receive my refund as of yesterday. It took a great deal of persistence and efforts through both my credit card company and emails and phone calls with intelliflix. They do have a phone for customer service but is on there media relations page on the website. The gentleman I spoke with was polite and helpful. I still believe that it best to not do business with them based on my experience and the negative comments I have read on the internet.
