Intelliloan Metropolitan Home Mortgage Total Scam Over Promise & Underdeliver Irvine, California

I have never had a worse experience with a business in my life.  From the start Intelliloan, called me several times, almost to the point of harrassment.  Eventually, I gave them the opportunity to start a refinance for me.   This ended up being one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. 


Initially they quoted my rate as 3.625% and assured me that it did not need to be locked.  After 3 months nothing has been done and I have been told that my rate is no longer available.  My loan officer has informed me (off the record) that only certain loans get done at Intelliloan.

Apperantly, a new Vice President at Intelliloan "Even Dodge" is handpicking the loans that he wants to get done based upon which loans are more profitable vs the loans that are not profitable. 

Bottom line, Intelliloan has done nothing but over promiss and under deliver.  Continually stroking me through this entire process for 3 months only to have nothing ever accomplished.  As for the off the record information, I have recieved from my loan officer; it sounds like this Even Dodge gentlemen is simply feeding into the greed of the owner Darryl Preedge and waisting customers time, and efforts.

In summation, if you are thinking about doing business with this company I would stay as far away as possible.
