I tried their 7 day trial to find ancestors etc. You had to sign up for the service but could cancel in 7 days and there would be no charge. I signed up, tried their service (which failed to locate) and cancelled the same day. They have been billing me since. (6 Months) They said they would credit me with 2 months but I was out of luck on the other 4 months.. Trying to communicate with them was almost impossible. Hold here; hold there; ring 3; wait; ring some more and then nothing!!! Dial again! It is rigged to get as many payments as they can then set up a procedure that would test the patience of God!
