I called the number and talked to "Max". Max told me that he was part of a third party service and that Pharmacy.Com sent out a mass mailing offering me membership to buy medicines at a reduced rate. I told him that I never authorized this payment, and, in fact, had never heard of this company.
He replied that the mass mailing stated that if I wanted to have this service I was NOT supposed to respond to the mailing. The thing is, the address that they used on my check is my OLD address. A place that I haven't lived in for over 4 years. The check bounced because there was not $139 in my checking account and I had all kinds of bank fees to pay. Max said, "Well, we didn't get any money out of you, so I don't see what your problem is. We DON'T reimburse bank fees."
