In January of 2013, I was cold called by a individual with this company who strong armed me to buy "scubbed" names to call for my business for $250. I did buy these names and found that I did not have time to call the names. This company continued to hound me and then said they would call the names for me if I didn't have time. After much aggrivation, I agreed to it. I was told that someone would call me and get my profile so that when they called on my behalf they would know me well to speak with potential clients. My credit card was charged that very day.

After about a month, I realized I had not heard from them. I called the company and they told me that they send me an e-mail with questionnaires and a contract. I could not find any such thing and finally found it in my companies junk mail. I could not open the contract, at all. I never signed a contract. I called the company and they said it was not their fault that my company put their e-mail in my junk mail.  I said that I did not want to continue with this relationship, it is not working out.

I asked them to please refund my money that they so quickly charged to my card. It has now been 6 weeks and I have called the company and sent a letter to the President of the company, Matt Aylward. I have spoked with three different representatives and they still say that they are working on it??? I cannot believe that this is so difficult. Services were never provided. I did not sign an agreement. I am so frustrated. I should be charging this company for the time it has cost be to try to get a refund of my money.
