Roman Vintfeld, owner of Interface, iTalent, and Project Reality owes his employees wages since June 2014!  Not only did he not pay us he failed to pay our taxes and unemployment insurance!  Approximately 200-300 employees are screwed because he kept giving us some money now, with the promise of "tomorrow" and "next week" for the rest of our wages.

Employees who left the company due to the payroll issue, were moved down the priority list, so those that us that stayed, stayed to get our money!  That didn't happen...

Roman lives in a multi-million dollar home and claims he has no money for payroll!  He owes hundreds if not thousands of clients money, to the tune of $1M!

The Dept of Labor says there is nothing we can do!!  Employees have gotten evicted, lost their insurance, etc. because this man is a serial scammer!!

The situation he has put all these people in is disgusting!  I hope one day Karma pays Roman a visit!!

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Roman Vintfeld & his father Mike are crooks

AUTHOR: robert - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 17, 2014

They have not paid Fica

, unemployment taxes or made tax deposits from income taxes withheld from employees . Roman and his retarded father will wind up in jail. Roman is a stuck up fool , and his Father was his stooge. They owed clients refunds in excess of one million dollars in NJ alone. The only way someone received a refund was if they threatened to come to the office. I have to say I enjoyed watching their empire collapse. Now poor Roman has to sell his 2.2 million dollar home  and his wife will ne rediced to cleaning toilets. Roman is now on Linked in as a financial advisor !! The only thing he knows is how to steal .
